When Power Turns Petty—and the People Pay the Price
It’s going to be messy—because they’re messy.
Two narcissists locked in an endless ego war.
I saw this split coming the moment their bromance began—back when they were more interested in wrecking everyday folks than doing any real good.
Now the honeymoon is over, the bromance is dying, and the gloves are off.
Cue the insults, the backbiting, and the digital reboot of Sex, Lies, and Videotape.
BTW—where are those Epstein files? And who clocked Musk in the eye?
Social media is their battlefield now. Grab your popcorn.
The saga begins.
It’s the billionaire version of Roots—except this time, it’s two white men: one American, one South African, both battling to be Master of us all.
Black. White. Puerto Rican and Haitian.
Straight. Gay. Young. Old.
Middle class, poor, and everyone in between—or on the outskirts.
Oh, the irony.
And the new slaves? Congress. MAGA. The Supreme Court. DOGE.
And let’s not forget the robotic press secretary, standing by to parrot orders—no questions asked.
We’ll call it B.O.O.T.S. – Billionaires On One-Two-Slaps.
But don’t get too caught up in the circus.
This isn’t just drama—it’s distraction.
And both of these men have agendas that’ll cost Americans deeply.
Stay woke. Stay focused. And don’t trust this mess to play out in your favor.
Closing Prayer:
Father God,
We come before You today with our eyes open and our spirits alert.
In a world of distraction, deception, and performative power, help us not be fooled by headlines or hijacked by hype.
You are the true King—no billionaire, politician, or influencer can take Your throne.
Expose the agendas hidden behind ego and empire.
Protect us from leaders who seek control instead of justice, fame instead of service, and chaos instead of peace.
Let every scheme meant to manipulate the people be brought to light.
Strengthen our discernment.
Help us see through the circus and stand firm in truth.
Where there’s injustice, make us bold.
Where there’s silence, make us speak.
Where there’s fear, make us rise.
And when the noise of the world grows louder, remind us that Your Word still stands—unchanged, unbought, and undefeated.
We trust You—not this system.
We follow You—not their mess.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
